Qatari oil minister discusses economic crisis - 23 Oct 08 With the oil price plummeting below $60 barrel, Opec ministers are on their way to Vienna for an emergency meeting. Iran wants OPEC to cut production by 2 million barrels a day - this is a massive cut - the last one was only half a million barrels. Al Jazeera's Nicole Johnston spoke to Abdullah Bin Hamad al-Attiyah, Qatar's Opec Minister, about the tumbling price of oil.
