Shell's Iraqi energy deal - 11 Nov 08 International oil company Shell has signed a $4bn deal to process natural gas at a plant in the Iraqi city of Basra. Mounir Bouaziz, Shell's gas and power vice president for new business development for the Middle East, North Africa and the Levan, spoke to Al Jazeera's Nicole Johnston about the deal.
